About Us

Dedicated to a Clean West Michigan

Our garbage & recycling services includes pick up, hauling & disposal. We’re a full-service waste & recycling company. A full line of services means we can partner with you residentially, commercially, or industrially. We promise quality & reliable service in everything we do for you.

Over the years, Arrowaste has merged with other small independent companies to increase our footprint & increase the number of services we offer. We have grown into an independent company that is small enough to know you, yet large enough to serve all your waste & recycling needs. Arrowaste currently services Holland, Grand Rapids, & Allegan, Kent, Muskegon, as well as Ottawa County in southwest Michigan.

OUR VALUES

Sustaining God’s Creation, for generations to come.

Intentionally Neighborly, serving the community with our resources.

Consistent Service, that makes our customers the priority – Period.

Family Values, be authentic/honest/local & simple.

Sustaining God’s Creation

We believe in reducing our waste impact, by keeping what refuse we control out of West Michigan’s landfill & in the recycle center. We support our commercial partners by composting with New Soil, & looking to invest in environmentally safe practices that ensure a viable legacy for generations to come.

Intentionally Neighborly

We choose to support locally, on purpose. We are engaged & focused on our resources serving West Michigan, because our area partners trust us to keep it simple. After all, these are our neighborhoods too.

Consistent Service

The decision to be a part of the Arrow family is something we take seriously. We strive to support customers (& our team), the way they would want to be treated, every single time. Those who start with us, stay with us – Because of the ‘realness’ of the Arrow relationship; You are the priority, period.

Family Values

This is the part that makes our (other) company values possible – Being a family owned company, is in our DNA (literally). Just like family members care for each other, we care about our Earth, our community, our customers & our employees in an authentic & honest manner; It is important to the Arrowaste family that they all continue to grow, for generations to come!
